It all started with an idea. At first, the idea was to run a cat cafe and now it has changed to starting my business with a coffee cart. My name is Liza and I can’t wait to create community and make life a little better one cup of coffee at a time. I created Solstice Coffee as a way to dip my toes in the water with running my own business, but the more I build Solstice the more I want to jump in headfirst. I don’t totally know what I’m doing, but I’m figuring it out as I go, and I’d love for you to follow along!
